Enviro-Experts is a consulting engineering firm specializing in environmental engineering, geotechnical services, materials testing, energy engineering, and building hygiene. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager–Geotechnical & Environmental to join our Québec team.

Job Description

Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in the growth of Génisol. Your primary mission will be to develop, structure, and expand our client portfolio while collaborating closely with our technical teams.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business relationships in the real estate, industrial, institutional, and municipal sectors;
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities in geotechnical, environmental, and remediation projects;
• Understanding clients’ technical challenges to propose tailored solutions;
• Participating in the preparation of service offerings and commercial proposals;
• Maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients;
• Representing Génisol at business meetings, tenders, and networking events;
• Contributing to business development strategy and market intelligence;
• Performing other related tasks as required.

Conditions

• Full-time, permanent position;
• 40-hour work week;
• Salary to be discussed based on experience.

Prerequisites for this job

• Minimum 4–5 years of business development experience in consulting engineering, geotechnical, or environmental services;
• Strong technical understanding of:
            - Phase I, II, III, and IV environmental assessments;
            - Soil remediation projects;
            - Geotechnical services;
• Proven consultative sales and negotiation skills;
• Active professional network in the Québec region (major asset);
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with both technical and non-technical clients;
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with results-oriented approach;
• Excellent French language skills (functional English is an asset).
